Collection — Free
Collect your bouquet directly from Danni’s Flowers.

Local Delivery — £4.99
Available for addresses within 5 miles of HA3.

Extended Local Delivery — £6.95
Available for addresses between 5 and 10 miles of HA3.

Courier Delivery — £12.50
Addresses more than 10 miles from HA3 will be sent using our next-day fresh flower courier service.

Subscription information

When will I be charged?

Your subscription payment will automatically each month. Your fresh flowers will then be carefully prepared and sent the following week.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Will I receive the same bouquet every month?

No — that's part of the fun! Each bouquet will be created using a different selection of fresh, seasonal flowers available at the time.

What delivery options are available?

Collection is free.

Local delivery costs £4.99 within 5 miles of HA3 or £6.95 between 5 and 10 miles of HA3.

Addresses more than 10 miles from HA3 will be sent using our next-day courier service for £12.50.

Fresh Flower Care 🌸

Your fresh flowers will arrive in hydration gel to help keep them hydrated and fresh during their journey.

Once your bouquet arrives:

  1. Carefully remove the packaging from around the stems.
  2. Thoroughly wipe each stem to remove all traces of hydration gel.
  3. Discard the bag and remaining hydration gel — do not add the gel to your vase.
  4. Re-cut the ends of the flower stems at an angle.
  5. Place your bouquet straight into a clean vase filled with fresh water and the flower food provided.

For the best possible vase life, regularly replace the water with fresh, clean water and enjoy your beautiful flowers. 🌸

Important Fresh Flower Information

When your fresh flowers arrive, please follow the instructions provided through the QR code included with your order.

You will be asked to upload the requested photographs and information. This must be completed for every fresh flower delivery, even if there is no issue with your bouquet.

If you believe there is a fault, damage or another issue with your flowers, you must contact Danni’s Flowers within 2 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please ensure that all requested photographs are taken and uploaded as instructed, including photographs of both the packaging and flowers. These may be required when assessing your concerns or submitting a claim to the courier.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, concerns raised outside of this timeframe, or without the requested photographs and information, may affect our ability to investigate the issue or provide an appropriate resolution.

Fresh Flower Delivery

Fresh flower bouquets sent by courier are dispatched using a next-day delivery service.

Whilst we always aim to dispatch your flowers on time for the intended delivery date, Danni’s Flowers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has left us.

Please note that we do not offer fresh flower deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that somebody is available to accept the delivery. If nobody is available, the courier may leave the bouquet in a safe place or return it to their warehouse/depot in accordance with their delivery procedures.

As fresh flowers are perishable, Danni’s Flowers cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the recipient being unavailable or the bouquet being returned to the courier's warehouse/depot.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that courier delays and unsuccessful delivery attempts can occasionally occur and are outside of Danni’s Flowers' control.
